What we keep
Your name, email or phone number, delivery addresses, your orders, and the payment slips you upload. For shops, we also keep identity and bank documents.
Why
To sign you in, deliver your orders, check payments, prevent fraud and answer your questions. We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
A shop sees only what it needs to ship your order: the recipient name, phone and address. Our staff can see orders and payments to check and support them. Payment slips and shop documents are stored privately and are never public.
Where it is stored
Our data is stored with Supabase in Singapore, protected by access rules that let each person see only their own information.
Cookies
We use cookies only for what the site needs: keeping you signed in and remembering your currency. A guest shopping bag is saved on your own device.
Your choices
You can change your profile and addresses in “My account” at any time. To ask for your account to be deleted, contact us. Orders are kept for accounting even after an account is closed.
