Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Hmong Square to browse, buy or sell.
DRAFT — this text is waiting for review by Hmong Square and a legal adviser. It may change before launch.
Using the site
Please use Hmong Square honestly and lawfully. Do not try to break the site, copy it, or misuse other people's information.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email or a code sent to your phone. Keep your email and phone safe: anyone who can open them can sign in as you.
Orders and prices
The total shown when you confirm an order — items, shipping and discount — is final. You must pay before the deadline on the order, otherwise it is cancelled automatically.
Payment
Payment is by BCEL One QR or bank transfer to Hmong Square. An order counts as paid only after our team has checked your slip. Sending a false slip is not allowed and may be reported.
Shops
Each shop is responsible for its products, descriptions and shipping. Hmong Square checks shops before they can sell and holds the payment until delivery, but does not make the products.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and about the product. We may hide reviews that are abusive, false or unrelated.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date of the latest version will be shown here. These terms follow the laws of the Lao PDR.
