How delivery, returns and refunds work on Hmong Square.

Shipping cost
Each shop ships its own items. Shipping is calculated per shop from the courier and your country, and shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Delivery time
Shops prepare orders after your payment is confirmed. Delivery time depends on the courier and your location. You can follow each parcel with its tracking number in “My orders”.
Problems and returns
If an item arrives damaged, wrong or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will sort it out with the shop. Handmade items can vary slightly in colour and pattern; this is not a defect.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, we send the money back to the bank account you paid from. Because shops are paid only after delivery, your money stays protected until the problem is solved.
